Transparency and the trust of our customers are our highest priorities. Our website displays ratings and reviews that were originally submitted via our Google business profile. We are complying with our obligation to provide information in accordance with Section 5b Paragraph 3 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG) and hereby inform you about the verification process for the ratings displayed on our website.

We expressly point out that we do not conduct any separate technical or manual verification of the embedded Google reviews to ensure that they actually originate from consumers who have purchased or used our services. We do not verify their authenticity. Instead, the mechanisms of the platform operator, Google, are used. Google itself clarifies in its review authenticity guidelines that it does not verify reviews but actively searches for fake content in order to remove it. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that reviews were also submitted by individuals who did not use the service.
