Payment methods & process

Pay simply, securely and transparently

We want your excitement for the sailing trip to begin as soon as you book. That's why we focus on maximum transparency and highest safety standards during the processing of your payments. Below you will find all the details about our payment methods and their respective terms and conditions.

1. Payment by credit card (immediate payment of the total amount)

This method is ideal if you want to complete the booking process quickly and easily in a single step.

  • Payment amount: Please note that with this method the full invoice amount (100 %)The payment is collected immediately upon booking. This means maximum convenience for you, as no further manual payment is required before your trip.

  • Immediate confirmation: Since the transaction is authorized in real time, you will receive immediate confirmation. Your booking and your berth on board are therefore immediately reserved for you.

  • Maximum security: We work with [company name] for payment processing. Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Dublin). Stripe is one of the world's leading providers of online payments and meets the strictest security requirements to protect your payment.

  • Data protection: We save no credit card details on our own servers. All sensitive information is transmitted encrypted and processed directly by Stripe's secure systems.

2. Payment by bank transfer (deposit & final payment)

If you prefer to spread the costs over a longer period, bank transfer offers you additional planning security.

  • Step 1 – The down payment (50 %): After completing your booking, we will send you your invoice by email within 24 hours. Only after you receive this message will a Down payment of 50 % of the total amount due. We ask you to pay this amount within 14 days to be transferred to our account after the invoice date.

  • Step 2 – The remaining payment (50 %): Please pay the remaining amount by [date] at the latest. 4 weeks (28 days) before the start of the trip.

  • Important NOTE: We will ship for the remaining payment no separate request. Ideally, please schedule an appointment or a reservation directly to ensure your berth remains reserved.

  • Purpose of use: Please always include your details with your transfer. Invoice number (e.g. RE-26-XXX) so that we can quickly and clearly allocate your payment.
